Gojavas/BlueDart/Aramex/Ecom/IndiaPost ship the ordinary ground mail service. On normal BAU days, we attempt to ship all orders within 24-48 hours. Please note that no shipments are sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any other holidays. We cannot guarantee delivery dates or times because they are determined by the courier partner and their location.

  • We accept the following payment methods for online orders: Select Indian banks offer Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards.
  • When making an online purchase with your Credit Card, you will be required to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiration date, and a 3-digit CVV number (on the back of the card) for Visa and MasterCard.
  • To complete the transaction, you should have enrolled your credit card in VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code). Your 15-digit card number and a 4-digit code will be required for American Express Cards.
  • The credit card transaction will appear as a payment to Net Distribution Services Pvt. Ltd. on your bank statement.
  • If the cash has been withdrawn from your account but you have not received confirmation from us, please contact our customer service team with the following information:
    • Transaction Reference Number (TRANSACTION REFERENCE NUMBER).
    • The amount debited using the registered email address
    • Transaction Date and Time

  • The shipping and handling charges are disclosed throughout the checkout process, and customers are aware of them before making payments.
  • You will receive an email with the tracking number and the courier company details after your item has been confirmed and shipped. Most orders are shipped within 1-4 business days.
  • Estimated delivery times may differ slightly between states. Working days are defined as days that do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. The delivery of your product may be delayed owing to logistical constraints.
  • Due to high volume, deliveries may be delayed if you order our products during a Mega Sale event. We will try to ship all orders within 7 days of receiving them.
  • Split shipments are quite acceptable. This simply implies that various pieces of your order may have been transported from various warehouse locations throughout India. Rest assured that you will only be responsible for the shipping/COD fee on the first product you receive.

  • Due to logistical difficulties caused by COVID-19, there may be delays in product exports and deliveries to protect the safety and cleanliness of all our clients. Unfortunately, we will not be able to promise shipment or delivery schedules in these cases, and we ask for your patience.
  • All products are available for Cash on Delivery (COD) subject to availability, promotions, and discounts.
  • When it comes to the safety of the products and their packaging, we go to great lengths to ensure that they are delivered safely. Our products are packaged in boxes with bubble wrap around each individual product and additional bubble wrap around fragile things like bottles.
  • Do not accept the shipment if it has been tampered with or is damaged.
  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday in the second half of the day will be shipped within 48-72 hours.
  • If an order is marked as delivered but the user has not received it, the customer care staff must be notified via phone or email within 24 hours of the delivery notification, and you must allow 48-72 hours to investigate with our courier partners.
  • Any claims for shortages or damages must be addressed to customer service within 24 hours of receiving the purchase. It will take three working days to evaluate and review your request. Please do not accept any shipment that has been tampered with or is damaged.
  • If our reverse pick-up service is not available at your location, you must mail the merchandise yourself using any reputable courier service. The courier fees will be reimbursed either in your account or as JOY loyalty points.
  • We are not liable for any losses that occur after delivery. We will not be held liable for merchandise misplacement after delivery.
  • If necessary, we retain the right to halt delivery to any portion of the country at any moment.
  • Products with an expiration date of less than three months will be eligible for a return, with the full purchase price reimbursed to the customer. For products with an expiration date of more than 3 months, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
  • Pro Points & Offers are not available to resellers.

  • Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for cancellation.
  • Discount vouchers are only valid for one usage and will be treated as used even if the order is cancelled.
  • If you use loyalty points to pay for an order, they will be paid back to your account if you cancel it.
  • In the event of a return or cancellation, the reimbursement will be processed once the product has been returned to us and the goods and packaging have been verified.

  • Due to the hygiene/health and personal care/wellness/consumable characteristics of the product, JOY Cosmetics items are non-returnable.
  • If you would like a refund or replacement, please contact support@joycosmetics.in within 24 hours of receiving your order with images of the product, invoice, inner and outer packaging, and batch number. We'll get back to you in 48-72 hours.
  • Photograph the damaged or altered side of the product or box.
  • Please wait 10 to 15 days for your request to be processed from the date you return your shipment. Before giving a refund or replacement, we may contact you to determine the product's damage or defect.
  • If any of the following applies, you will be eligible for a complete refund or exchange without incurring any further charges:
    • a. Some of the accessories in the package are missing.
    • b. Bottles/packages that are damaged or broken.
    • c. Incorrect product delivery
    • d. Product delivery that has passed its expiration date.
  • If you receive the incorrect goods, please keep it safe, sellable, and undamaged in its original packing. For a successful pick-up and return, keep the invoice and original manufacturer's packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the following conditions are met:
    • The product has been tampered with.
    • There is no invoice.
    • The batch number and price have been tampered with.
    • It has been removed from its original packaging.
  • Do not utilise the item about which you have made a complaint.
  • If you receive a pilfered delivery, you must file a pilferage claim within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • If any of the following scenarios apply, products will not be eligible for a refund once they have been delivered:
    • Failure to submit sufficient case information.
    • Failure to submit invoice, packet, and box pictures (if any).
  • Our Exchange/Returns Policy does not cover damages caused by carelessness, poor use, or incorrect application. Please keep in mind that orders for Festive Gift Boxes are non-refundable or exchangeable. It is not possible to exchange products due to allergic reactions.

Before giving a refund or replacement, we may contact you to determine the product's damage or defect. Bank transfers will be used to process refunds. There will be no cash reimbursements. It will take at least 5 to 7 business days for our team to initiate an online refund after the refund has been initiated.

In the case of NEFT, it would take at least 3 to 5 business days for us to repay your money after the refund has been initiated. For pre-paid orders, the amount will be credited to the account used to make the payment. The amount may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account.
